OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE

Our main priority is the health of your puppy. To ensure this, we offer a 2-year health guarantee, which continues as long as you follow our guidelines for feeding, training, and exercise. This guarantee is valid for 10 years from your puppy’s birth.

If your puppy experiences life-threatening congenital or genetic issues within the first year, we will replace it with one of equal value, free of charge. After the first year, if the puppy dies due to such conditions, we will provide a credit equal to 50% of the original purchase price toward the cost of a replacement puppy.

To keep the health guarantee valid, we require the following:
  • A copy of the initial vet exam (performed by a licensed vet) within 10 business days of receiving your puppy.
  • Microchip your puppy with Trust Pitbull USA.
  • Continue regular de-worming and annual vet check-ups for your puppy’s lifetime.
  • If you need to use the guarantee, provide all original sale documents, registration papers (if applicable), and complete vet records showing the puppy’s ongoing care.

Failure to meet these requirements will void the guarantee. We also reserve the right to refund any deposit at any time, for any reason.
